That’s right but this is just a start, they want to regulate the entire Galaxy and Universe and probably all thirteen possible dimension of the Space Time Continuum.
Can you see it now; “The United States Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration and Intergalactic Space Flight Regulator Commission” Indeed but it would be abbreviated as “The USDTFAAISFRC” and don’t laugh either because their proposed rules to regulate Space Flight get far more bizarre.
