According to the author Sicilians have a gift of making order out of chaos which I thought was kind of remarkable considering I am half Sicilian. He says they called it sistemazione. Later, I tried applying this kind of thinking to metaphysics, religion and philosophy. Now we know from Genesis that there was the deep and that God spoke the word and everything came into being; in other words, there came an order out of the chaos so to speak. This begs the question, "is chaos necessary for order?" By generating order out of chaos cosmic evolution proceeds. --"linking the evolution of primal energy into elementary particles, the evolution of those particles into atoms, in turn of those atoms into galaxies and stars, the evolution of stars into heavy elements, the evolution of those elements into the molecular building blocks of life, of those molecules into life itself, of advanced life forms into intelligence, and of intelligent life into the cultured and technological civilization that we now share." [Ibid, p. 167.] So we know that scientist inculcate this theory into the body of scientific knowledge to explain how order comes from chaos. Yes, these scientists say that after periods of disorder we move to a more recognizable structure of order and they call this "bifurcation." In the cloud of nothingness or the sea of quantum foam comes order. To understand how this applies to our life contemporaneously, we have to look to Carl Jung who espoused theories of wholeness for which the mandala was a symbol. He believed that chaos in our lives can be transformed by drawing a circle or mandala. In the quantum foam chaos and order struggle ceaselessly in the excitation of the vacuum where particles are subsumed into virtual particles in their patterns of enfolding and unfolding. Considering the ancient Hindu reality of Creation, preservation and destruction (Shiva, Vishnu, Bhrama) one can understand that the universes is nothing but a series of life and death cycles whether it be a tachyon that exits for a trillion of a second to a galaxy that last for aeons.As an individual you are the "One at the Center" of all that is; that is, circles within circles of wholeness.
